Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or attend a call with yLaunch Ltd ("yLaunch", "we", "us"). By booking a call, you agree to them.

yLaunch also offers ongoing YouTube growth services. If you decide to work with us beyond the call, the scope, fees and terms of that work will be agreed with you separately, for example in a proposal, an invoice or a written agreement. Where they differ from these terms, those separately agreed terms apply to that work.

yLaunch Ltd is a company licensed by the Innovation City Authority, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (License No. 07010979), with its registered address at Office A, Innovation City Business Centre, RAK BANK ROC Office, Ground Floor, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The service

The YouTube Blindspot Breakthrough Call is a one-to-one strategy call of around 60 minutes, held on Zoom. During the call we review your YouTube channel and content and share recommendations. The call is advisory: you decide whether and how to act on anything we suggest.

Calls are recorded, and we share a copy of the recording with you afterwards. If you would prefer a call not to be recorded, let us know before it starts. Please don't publish the recording without our permission.

Booking and fees

Calls are booked through our booking page on Cal.com. If a fee applies, it is shown before you confirm your booking and is paid in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Rescheduling, cancellations and missed calls

• You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the call, using the link in your confirmation email.
• Fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, or ask to reschedule less than 24 hours before the start time, the fee is not refunded.
• If you don't join the call, it counts as completed and the fee is not refunded.
• If we need to cancel or move a call, we will offer you a new time. If none suits you, we will refund any fee you paid in full.

Results

The testimonials and results shown on our website reflect individual clients' experiences. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your niche, your effort and how you apply our advice. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as views, subscribers, leads or revenue.

Your information and confidentiality

We treat what you share about your business as confidential and use it only to deliver the call. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.

Materials

Any notes, frameworks or materials we share with you are for use in your own business. Please don't resell or republish them without our permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a call is limited to the fee you paid for that call. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or a call will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
