Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information yLaunch Ltd ("yLaunch", "we", "us") collects when you visit y-launch.com, book a call with us, or become a client, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
yLaunch Ltd is a company licensed by the Innovation City Authority, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (License No. 07010979). Our registered address is Office A, Innovation City Business Centre, RAK BANK ROC Office, Ground Floor, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
For any question about this policy or your data, contact our founder, Roosa Korhonen, at roosa@y-launch.com.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a call, our booking provider (Cal.com) collects the information you enter, such as your name, email address, time zone, and any answers you give about your business or YouTube channel.
- Payment details. If a call is paid, payment is handled by Cal.com's payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation that you paid. We never see or store your full card details.
- Communications. Emails you send us, and anything you share before, during or after a call.
- Call recordings. Calls take place on Zoom and are recorded, and we share a copy of the recording with you so you can refer back to it. The recording includes your voice, your video if your camera is on, and anything you show or say during the call. If you would prefer a call not to be recorded, let us know before it starts.
- Client work. If you become a client, we also process the information needed to deliver our services, such as your channel details, performance data you give us access to, and the content we work on together.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this website, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To schedule, prepare for and deliver your call, to give you a recording of it, and to follow up afterwards.
- To deliver ongoing services if you become a client.
- To take payment where a fee applies, and to keep the financial records the law requires.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We process your information because it is needed to provide the service you asked for, because you have given consent, because we have a legal obligation, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.
Services we use
We rely on a small number of trusted providers, which process data on our behalf. We may change providers from time to time, for example to store call recordings elsewhere, and will update this list when we do:
- Cal.com, for bookings and scheduling (with Stripe for payments, where applicable).
- Zoom, for video calls and call recordings.
- Google Workspace, for email, calendar and file storage, including storing and sharing call recordings.
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and security.
- Wistia, for the testimonial videos on this page. When you play a video, Wistia may collect viewing data and store cookies or similar data in your browser.
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces on this website. Loading the fonts means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Some of these providers store data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on the providers' own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and client records, including call recordings, for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, and financial records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete a recording at any time. We delete or anonymise information when we no longer need it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. To make a request, email roosa@y-launch.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
